In my new role of a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) senior consultant with InterQuality, I am advising a Bulgaria-based manufacturing company on their improvement projects. As of May 2022, we have started applying the LSS methodology and tools to remove waste in their processes and improve product quality.
On June 2, 2022, I will be a speaker at Tomorrow Redefined online conference to share how the LSS methodology may help us better meet the requirements of the new business environment, improve our wellbeing, and achieve higher personal satisfaction.
