BUSINESS
I have over 10 years of practical experience in the field of outsourcing and offshoring. I started as a Contact Center agent in an outsourcing company and gradually moved through different roles including Quality Auditor, Process Owner, Project Manager and Operations Manager. I am currently responsible for the outsourced Customer Care Centers of HP Inc which provide best-in-class support to English-speaking consumer customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa. I am PMP Certified and a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt. I do provide training and mentoring on PMP certification and the LSS methodology and tools. My key skills are outsourcing partnership management, leadership, process improvement, project management, mentoring and consulting, communication and presentation skills, prioritization skills, decision making, working successfully in multicultural, multi-country and global environments. One of my objectives is to share my experience and knowledge with young professionals aspiring to undertake management roles in global sourcing.
ACADEMIA
I have a PhD degree in Management and a Master Degree in Strategic Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Bulgaria. Under different student programs, I have studied at Univerza v Ljubljani, Slovenia, Univerzita Komenského, Slovakia, Utrecht University, the Netherlands, and Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. As a PhD student I have attended PhD schools and conferences in Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, Denmark and Lithuania. My PhD research project was titled Dynamics in outsourcing and offshoring: The suppliers’ perspective and analyzed the development of outsourcing suppliers as well as offshore captive centers. I am teaching Management of outsourcing projects and companies course to students at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. I also lead, contribute or consult academic research in the area of outsourcing and offshoring. I do believe that academic knowledge in the field makes us more successful professionals.
STYLE
I have always been fascinated with personal style which is an important part of my personal brand. It is also one of the drivers for my personal and professional growth. My style is exquisite, feminine and elegant. In 2021 I created my own capsule collection in collaboration with Bulgarian fashion designer Mira Bachvarova. It started as a celebrity-inspired dream but proved to be a powerful tool for my self-awareness, self-acceptance and leveling up, elevating me to the next level in all aspects of my life. This is the reason why I decided to allocate some space on my website for style.
LIFESTYLE
Having a healthy lifestyle is key for realizing our full potential and achieving our goals. A balanced lifestyle is extremely important nowadays when we spend most of our time at home. It is one of my priorities and I share my learnings in my journey to a healthy way of living on this website.
