Lean Six Sigma consulting for Bulgaria-based manufacturing company

In my new role of a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) senior consultant with InterQuality, I am advising a Bulgaria-based manufacturing company on their improvement projects. As of May 2022, we have started applying the LSS methodology and tools to remove waste in their processes and improve product quality.

I am a certified LSS Black Belt with over 10 years of experience in applying the methodology in services organizations to remove waste and improve customer experience.
