I have over 10 years of practical experience in the field of outsourcing and offshoring. I started as a Contact Center agent in an outsourcing company and gradually moved through different roles including Quality Auditor, Process Owner, Project Manager and Operations Manager. I am currently responsible for the outsourced Customer Care Centers of HP Inc which provide best-in-class support to English-speaking consumer customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa. I am PMP Certified and a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt.
